downtown put on by African-Americans.  I think it is also tied
in with Black Expo - a black business conference.
On Indy's far southside at the German Klub, Thurs-Sunday.
Carnival, vendors, German beer and food, music (both German
and rock bands) and dancing. I can remember going to this as
far back as 1980.
For 17 days every 4 years, the best rising violinist converge on
Indianapolis.  Next: Sept 9-25, 2022.
