Pit Walkabout Details Thursday - Public gates open at 8:30 a.m. A Race Day ticket is required to participate in the Pit Walkabout, which takes place from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on pit lane. Once on pit lane, fans can stand adjacent to the open garages, providing a clear view of the cars and equipment. The Infiniti Pro Series™ paddock also will be open during the Pit Walkabout. A variety of other USGP-related activities also will take place from 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m. in the Pagoda Plaza at IMS. Various Formula One personalities, including top drivers, will appear on stage during the day. There may also be driver autographs in the plaza.
