One bonus point is awarded for pole position, most laps led and fastest race lap.
Single car teams will receive three bonus points as an equivalency to multi-car teams.
Only the two best results will count in the team championship for teams fielding more than two
entries.
There are four rungs on the ladder system to reach IndyCar
The first three rungs are managed by Anderson Promotions. The final rung is managed by IndyCar.
The open-wheel race cars get larger and faster as they progress up the ladder.
The yearly champion of each series receives a scholarship to help move them up to the next rung on the ladder.

Drivers must be at least 14 years old by the time of the final race of the season.
A prize package exceeding $327,000 will be on offer in 2023, including a scholarship valued at
$241,890 to advance to USF2000.
All races feature global live streaming on the USF Juniors App and at usfjuniors.com.

The 2023 USF Pro 2000 champion wins a scholarship valued at $664,500 to advance to Indy Lights in 2024.
The USF Pro Championships Presented by Cooper Tires will distribute over $1.6M in prize money and awards.
Coverage of USF Pro 2000 will feature worldwide live streaming. Full race shows and highlight shows will be
available on the series YouTube channel after each event.
CAR - A Tatuus IP-22 powered by the 250 HP Mazda MZR-PM18A 2-liter engine with 190 ft.lbs torque.

Drivers must be at least 18 years old.
The series champion will receive a $850,000 scholarship to advance to IndyCar.
The runner-up will receive $125,000 and the third-place driver $65,000.
Total prize money will be $1.4 million.
Dallara will give the series champion a $10,000 credit towards parts and services and a full day in Dallara’s
simulator. They will also give the second- and third-placed drivers a day of simulator time each.
All races will be streamed on NBC’s Peacock platform.
CAR - A Dallara IL-15 powered by 450 HP Mazda MZR-R with a 50HP push-to-pass button for road and street
courses. Maximum speed is 200 mph. FIrestone Tires.
INDY NXT POINT SYSTEM FOR EACH RACE
The Pole Sitter at each race also receives 1 point.
Sept 1 - Continental Tire has been named the Official Tire of the USF Pro Championships
and its three ladder series, USF Pro 2000, USF2000 and USF Juniors, with a five-year
agreement beginning in 2024, Anderson Promotions announced.
The tires will be manufactured at Hoosier Racing Tire in Plymouth, Indiana, and supplied
to competitors beginning in November for off-season testing.
Headquartered in Fort Mill, South Carolina, Continental Tire has previously been an official
tire supplier of IMSA and the all-new Toyota GR Cup Series.
The company will also continue to support the annual champion’s scholarships as well as
the pre-race Pole Awards, the company said.
