August 2025 - I have been listing Indy Web Cams on this web site for
many years, though there have never been many at a time, usually with
no audio or Hi-Def resolution. The Indy Zoo used to have several that
focused on certain animal enclosures - they were the best we had
IMO. Unfortunately, they are gone as are all the rest. The live web
cam feeds never stayed up very long and I always had to edit this
page.
As of today, there are no live video web cams in Indy and I
am giving up on this page.
Search the internet or YouTube for "Live Cam Indianapolis" and
perhaps you will find one.
I think live video web cams are a great idea for they have many uses -
from tourism to understanding our world to knowing what is going on in
our own cities and towns. They can also just be for enjoyment, for
instance providing a live nature scene while we work inside at a desk.
They can be used in so many applications, and yet, they're not.

100, and that is for the entire planet! There should be a thousand
times that IMO.

Indianapolis Weather Cameras - Recent snapshots around Indy from local Fox affiliate.
Indiana TravelWise - This traffic Web Site shows road construction zones as well as
current photos from hundreds of cameras along the road system.
My quick guide to check on traffic:
1. Select I-465 (this will zoom the map in on Indianapolis.)
2. Deselect all Layers except for Cameras.
