Administration Changes for 2022 & 2023
Previous to 2022, Anderson Promotions had been running the "Road To Indy", which consisted of 3 open-wheel race series
that served to develop drivers to reach IndyCar.
In 2022, having recently bought the IndyCar Series, Penske took full control of their top tier series, called "Indy Lights" and
Anderson Promotions added a lower tier called "USF Juniors", retaining a 3-series program.
For 2023, there has been some rebranding for both Penske and Anderson Promotions:
IndyCar is renaming "Indy Lights" as "Indy NXT".
Anderson Promotions is renaming the "Road To Indy" program to "USF Pro Championships Presented by Cooper Tires"
and renamed their "Indy Pro 2000" series to "USF Pro 2000".
